The Support and Maintenance Offering is designed to provide current Nintex K2 customers with a yearly allocation of fourTENS services hours to be used at the customer’s discretion for K2 infrastructure and application support.

The benefits of this offering to the customer include:

• Having experts on hand without the need for an FTE resource

• Simplified budget planning  

• Ability to roll over and accumulated unused hours for use on small projects or enhancements.
